Topgolf Swing Suite At Foxwoods

Well, I need to send this to you because I along with my party were not happy with the outcome of our dining experience last week (12/2/21). First of all, your commercial on the television in the hotel rooms are misleading because you did not have the items that were shown; which is why we decided to check you out in the first place. Upon us walking in, there were maybe 10 people total in the restaurant excluding the staff. Matter of fact, the 3 workers that were near the pizza pit had to get someone?s attention to let them know we wanted to sit down. We sat down, and were greeted by our server who was very, very sweet and also bubbly. We ordered our food. All three of us ordered a slice of pizza and an order of wings. One order was the 4 cheese pizza with an additional topping of brie cheese and garlic parmesan wings. Another order was pepperoni pizza with buffalo or bbq wings (can?t remember exactly which one) My order was pepperoni pizza with two toppings of caramelized onions and brie and general tsao chicken wings. When our order arrived, my pizza slice came with just brie and onions. I mentioned to our server if I can send it back so they can add the pepperoni on it, and was told that they could not take it back (which I understand due to COVID-19) but that she will give me pepperoni. Now, in all fairness, she should have just taken the pizza back and gave me a fresh new slice, but instead she brought me a dipping sauce size container with cold pepperoni in it. Now how am I supposed to put that on my pizza?! All three slices of our pizza were lukewarm, and so obvious that there weren?t fresh. Very disappointing. Even if they had warmed the pizza up so that it was hot would have been better than what was presented to us. The order of garlic parmesan wings were burnt. There is a big difference between burnt and char-grilled. There was no sauce on them. Just very dry! My wings weren?t that bad but it didn?t taste like general tsao but they we

The food (Sandwiches and wings) was INCREDIBLY salty. No diet soda available. Eventually got cola and sprite working. One waitress on. She was working extremely hard and was very friendly.

Great experience The service was amazing, Nicolette was the sweetest, she took care of us with great energy and a smile. The atmosphere was chill and laid back, the food and drinks came quick and was just as good. We had the everything but the bagel pizza with smoked salmon, it was really good even my friend who was skeptical about eating smoked salmon loved it. Also met JR who came to the rescue with a smile when my friend spilled her water and was also so sweet and told stories of how he misses Suffolk and Sue Ellen (kidding, but if you know, you know lol) Looking forward to going back, thanks for a great experience.

Pizza is pretty good. I recommend getting a large instead of by the slice. Especially if it's for 4 people. The chicken wings are hit or miss. I've had them 5 times and they have been dry. The warm cookies are yummy.

I can only comment on the menu absolutely horrendous!! The chicken Caesar salad was soggy and over seasoned with Parmesan cheese. It tasted like it was a day old and so bad that my wife and I couldn?t even stomach the finish the small serving. As far as the pizza, let?s just say my 8 year old can make a better tasting pie.
