Casey's - Mason City

I couldn't ask about a rural bodega anymore. Lush, stuffed selection of dry goods, lush hot pizza spiders on a Lil turntable, decent coffee. I'm always treated with dignity, respect and kindness by the staff. It is a good place to shake off the weather and grab some dang essentials.

Jean Y. keeps this place smoothly and efficiently. Without it would not be the same.

The staff is friendly here. You don't feel hurried, and the employees don't treat you as if you were annoying. And the pizza is one of the best cakes in town.

This is a pretty busy 24 hour location. Very courteous, nice, and efficient employees regardless of the time of day. Most of the time the slices of pizza are fairly fresh and always good when that way. A handful of times it is past the time it should have been pulled out. Hard dried edges of crust and the cheese is hard along the edges as well. Depending on employee working the kitchen overnight is when I have found the pizza like that. To their credit, when they have the busier overnights with extra special or just an above average order night, it isn't always easy keeping up. The duties that require everything that needs to be done for prep for next day and cleaning can make it difficult. Their selection of products is pretty good as well. Bathroom is clean too. The Casey's Rewards card is a nice bonus for saving money on gas, catching a free item almost monthly, or using points for Casey's cash to use for yourself or for an area school of your choice. Highly recommend this Casey's General Store. Thanks to every employee.

Good Casey's location, but please keep the receipt paper filled at the pumps!
