Subway - Mason City

Small cities do not have many possibilities, but it is nice to have a subway in the city. great service and great eating compliment the option in our community.

I ordered a foot-long ham and cheese sandwich, roasted with salt, but what I received was only a six-inch sandwich. I paid for a foot long, and the salt container was empty, so I decided to add my own salt and pepper mix. I really dislike pepper, and they piled it on so much that it was nearly unbearable. It's frustrating since this is the only restaurant in the city serving this dish. This picture is after I used a napkin to wipe off the excess pepper.

They're quick, friendly, and very nice people. Only problem I've had is some of the employees can be stingy with the vegetables.

We waited a while in the drive thru, when an employee let us know that there was a very large order being placed inside the restaurant and it would be an extra minute or so. We waited and it paid off. Our customer service was fantastic! Our meal was as great as to be expected and they threw in a couple sweets! We will continue to support our local Subway!

The sandwich was absolutely perfect. I devoured it completely!
