Deerfield Towne Center - Mason

Not too busy before 5 pm. You still have to buy ticket at concession registers. Ticket prices have gone up for sure. The help is slow but they are young and learning. I always love this theater because of the reclining chairs.

Went for a 10:10pm showing. The theater had not been cleaned after the previous showing. There was trash in the cupholders so you couldn't use them and there was a bucket of popcorn with some on the floor that had been left behind. People really need to pick up after themselves but the staff also should have checked the theater so we didn't have to sit surrounded by others' trash. Movie quality was great though.

It wasn't a bad experience for me. With most cinemas there is popcorn all over, but the floors here were very sticky and I didn't care for that. It wasn't too busy and the bathrooms were a mess.

It was alright, I like the reclining seats and the spaciousness in the theater, however there was trash everywhere. In the cup holders, under the seats...it was a mess. I am hoping that was a one time deal, as I enjoyed all other aspects.

Very nice theater. But when we went to see Oppenheimer the volume was so high, I had to cover my ears because of the pain. It hit me from the start of the movie. I noticed others were holding their ears about half way through. If sound is painful, its hurting your hearing.
