Feedback gevenI had an issue regarding the high price of my order, but after discussing the misunderstanding with the gentleman at the cash register, everything was resolved. Next time, I'll make sure to pay closer attention to all the fine print and additional charges. Overall, I give this place a 5 out of 5! The food is great as always. I’m usually quick to leave a bad review, but it’s rare for me to give a five-star rating. I ordered a large pizza with several special requests (extra sauce, flavored crust, and more). There were plenty of chances for them to make a mistake, but not only did they get everything right, it was cooked to perfection! I truly appreciate when someone excels at their job, and this was an outstanding job! My wife mentioned that there was a sign indicating new ownership. If this is the new ownership, count me in as a regular customer. Great job, everyone!

I've got nothing but great things to say about the mason store since the ownership changed, good food, great service. You can definitely tell the difference.
When I reiterated that I just wanted to order pizza, she replied, “You talk to me; I’m the manager.” I again expressed my desire to place my order, but she escalated the situation by suggesting I could leave. I insisted that I wanted to order pizza, at which point she responded, “I won’t be disrespected.” I countered by saying that she had just disrespected her colleague and that I wanted to order pizza. Finally, she walked away, but the whole encounter left a bad taste in my mouth. As a business owner myself, I have a few thoughts on this interaction: 1. Keep your composure in tense situations. 2. Allow your staff to manage the situations they are already addressing. 3. Provide more training on customer service. Her escalation of the situation was unnecessary and made both me and her staff feel uncomfortable.
