Dunkin' - Massillon

Good food. Great waitress. They were very understaffed. Which wasn't the waitress's fault.

Drive thru. Bought 1/2 dozen doughnuts 2 large coffees and an iced Carmel macchiato. Service and purchased items were great. Drive thru workers were great

The people are really sweet but I haven't had a good experience with the coffee in this location. (I normally get an iced coffee).

Just spent $20 and my pregnant gf gets hair in her food... awesome... They rushed us through the drive thru, almost forgot our coffee and didn't even scan our phone/app.. Today will be our last time at this nasty place.

Drink was awful. No whip cream paid extra for. Ordered online waited ten minutes and they just started making my drink and took an extra 15 mins and it wasn't good and they didn't make it correctly.
