Poco Playa Fish Camp - Matagorda

I have been to this restaurant one other time and was very pleased. I live in the Kingwood area about 2 hours from this location. I drove down there on the weekend to take my girlfriend and when we got there they were closed due to remodeling. No issues with a company being closed to make there establishment better however I do believe it should be posted on there website as temporarily closed so someone doesn't drive that far for no reason. And on the website it showed it was open. And it still does today.

Always a good pit stop going or coming from the beach. Needed a little more help.

I love this place! I sure it opens back up. Today they were closed for remodeling. 2/4/2024.

Nobody would answer the phone guessing this place is shut down.

Looks like it would be a decent place to eat but the food seemed dingy along with the drinks. The staff was nice though. Wouldn’t return.
