They have the best flour tortillas with anything you want! Sometimes you have to wait outside but it is so worth the wait!

Haven't eaten at Elva's in 8yrs but the food is still Bomb! Just as delicious as I remember. It's still pretty small inside and we had to wait a few mins to be seated as it was packed, bcuz that's where the great food is! We had the pork chops, eggs, papas n beans and the enchilada plate with 2 eggs on top. We were served within about 10 mins, it was very hot (temp wise) which i love. Oh My Goodness, it was sooo good. Anytime, anywhere I'm in the RGV we go to Elva's for brkfst/brunch. Inside is not overly loud, you can still hold a conversation. It's also clean. People don't really linger in there, you eat that great food and leave. Service is great too, always served with a smile. Parking: The parking lot right outside the restaurant is close so no matter where you park you'll get inside quick.

My husband and I loved this place! The food is amazing and the prices were even better. The barbacoa was delicious and so were the sides. They make their own tortillas and the flour tortillas were so yummy.
