When I and my friend matera visited, we bought delicious focaccia with broccoli and the others with tomatoes. the floor was light and crisp, and the top was moist. spices perfectly selected. the service at the place was very nice and. it was a toilet inside. I recommend this bakery.

We stopped at this bakery cafeteria before we our matera, sassi tour. so glad we did. we ordered 5 rolls [more different types of rolling to choose] freshly prepared with fillings of the choice. we had a caprese to prusciutto crudo with pecorino...cheese tastefully sublime. so fresh and tasty. also bought me a little brot to take back, a local speciality that I unfortunately do not know the name, was recommended to me by my family member. the price was 26 euro. that includes 5 filled rolls, 5 softdrinks, 2 large special bread. recommended 10/10

I think it's one of the best matera ovens. kind excellent breakfast various sweet and salty products. I got bread and taralli top!
