Burger King - Matfield

I had the vegan royal meal, which included a delicious vegan burger and a side of chili cheese. It was absolutely amazing! Honestly, it was the best meal I've had while traveling for work. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for how flavorful everything was!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The service was lacking, and there were no terminals available for ordering. The meal options were very limited, and there were no hot drinks offered. The overall service was quite basic. I couldn't order what I wanted because many items were unavailable. The food we did get was just okay. I would suggest skipping this place and finding somewhere else with more options.

Nicole was absolutely fantastic. We received a warm and friendly welcome as soon as we walked in, accompanied by a big smile. She even took the time to check on us while she was eating, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. She also sang happy birthday to one of us, which was a lovely touch. Thank you, Nikki, for the great service!
