This place is good but I like the one in town better

Nice halfway lunch stop if you're heading to the beach. Pretty cool town history and collection inside.

The brisket is amazing. It's not super fast at the drive thru, but it's worth the wait.

I love the BBQ Salad with chopped BBQ beans. It also has lettuce, carrots, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions on it comes with a bag of chips. Instead of dressing, I get BBQ sauce on the side put a little on my salad! You stand in line, place your order, pay seat yourself. Our waitress was very attentive thorough. She took good care of us but did not bother us. There is a room that may be reserved for large groups. I live in Mathis Smolik's is a local's favorite!
