Pares Hilton/mark's Inasal - Matina

I ordered Chicken Inasal with unli rice and soup. Yung yelloe rice po nila ay parang bibingka na dahil sobrang siniksik ang pagkakahulma. Yung leg quarter chicken na napunta sa akin ay slight under, yung part lang ng likod ng thigh part. Yung timpla sa manok ay pang masa. Mas okay lang para sakin yung mas maraming luya sa timpla ng manok kaysa sa mas matoyo. Good service from staff.. si Ate na nagtatakal ng kanin, parang bago lang ata dahil halatang natataranta, pero that's okay lang po. The atmosphere is for me perfect na nasa kanto siya. Relatively malinis naman ang place, unlike sa ibang inasal resto. Yun mga dumplings nila ay good for me.

Cool store name ! Pares Hilton . Ate here after a long, long walk down the Marikina River Park. The place looks really inviting and we're already tired. We ordered lechon macau and 3 cups of java rice. I didn't like the fried pork because it has more fat than meat and the dipping sauce, though it has a distinct taste, was not my favorite. They have free hot soup though. Maybe their pares is good ... Service: Dine in
