Jiāng Hù Qián Sān Zhòng Yì

That was by far the best sushi we had in 3 weeks in Japan. The portions were very generous and the fish was high quality, no sauce needed. The chefs were super friendly and helpful and even made me a tiny Sakura of tiny mason and gold leaf as a gift!

By far the best sushi place in Matsumoto!! The very friendly owner and the staff (also the English menu is very helpful) offered us some amazing good sushi. All very fresh fish/scallops/squid/etc. and well in balance with rice and wasabi. Don't forget to try something from the Japanese omlette....yummie! But still my favorite is her Unagi (Eel). All this goes well with a fresh beer from the design or a green tea in a typical Japanese (many locals come here after 19:30) ambience. Definitely recommend a place.

Sushi was so fresh and the staff was so friendly. Just show the recommendations on board behind the chefs... you can't go wrong!
