お昼どきに入ると8割ほど席が埋まってました。 カウンターに座り極ニボ搾り極ニボスペシャルを太麺に変更して注文。 それほど待たずに着丼。 煮干の味が美味しいけど極ニボ搾りという名前なのでもっと煮干感あってもいいかなと思います。 全体的にバランスよく美味しかった。
