Feedback gevenI was quite frustrated with my experience. The blizzards are consistently made incorrectly, and the manager at the drive-thru was rude. Additionally, they didn’t honor my 89-cent coupon. I won’t be coming back.
Came here yesterday with my daughter around 8pm (drive thru), didn’t know what I wanted, Sandy was so patient and helpful and gave me a great recommendation!
Unfortunately, the staff here didn’t seem to care much about their service or greeting customers. I won’t be returning. As for parking, it wasn’t an issue; the service was the problem.
If you guys want to stay in business, you have to do better No bananas You shouldn't be open if you can't serve the people what they want. All I wanted was a banana split.
Ordered two blizzards at a little before noon 8/5/23. They gave me both of them with plastic caps on top...a little suspicious but I didn't think much of it at the time since it was a rainy day. Got home 5 minutes later and both blizzards were liguid...hardly any frozen ice cream. Pour straight out into the sink. Waste of 13 plus dollars. I thought I would never say this in my life but I wish I had driven less and gotten mcflurrys instead.
