Holiday Inn Chicago Matteson Conf Ctr

This Holiday Inn is an older property and also a huge conference property. I am pretty sure it’s also understaffed, which is a universal problem. Our room was borderline shabby. The toilet paper roll sat on the bathroom vanity as there was no bar in the twin dispensers to hold the rolls. The walls need repainting or at least a good cleaning. The good news is that the staff is friendly and helpful.

Had the best experience with Holiday inn in Matteson!! Maya at front desk AWESOME!! Always friendly and smiling!! Everything was great and my time with Maya was great! She made an unpleasant reason for trip good

Decent hotel for the money. The staff is always nice. I do wish late check out was more available (they were ‘out’ of them during my last visit? but I understand why. Would recommend.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Matteson while in training from Rockford. The room sizes were nice and clean and spacious. The access to the parking was awesome and Bar Louie was a really good atmosphere.if your looking for reasonably priced rooms that are clean and comfortable with easy access to expressways the Holiday Inns the place.Rooms: 4/5
