Olive Garden Italian - Matteson

I absolutely love their shrimp scampi with Alfredo sauce. Occasionally, I like to add broccoli as well. It’s incredibly delicious and feels guilt-free. The service is excellent, too!

To start, the food was not the problem; it was quite delicious. The real issue lies with the understaffing at this location. I want to clarify that this is not a reflection of the staff's efforts. Our hostess was quite rude, which created a bad first impression upon our arrival. However, our waitress was incredibly kind. I regrettably forgot her name, but she has black hair, facial piercings, and stylish winged eyeliner. If you're reading this, dear waitress, you are doing a fantastic job, but you had far too many tables to manage. This review pertains specifically to the Matteson location. It's essential to treat your employees with respect and empathy. On a positive note, the ambiance was quiet and pleasant. Unfortunately, we experienced long waits for drinks, appetizers, and our meals. Again, this isn't your fault, wonderful waitress – the management at this location needs improvement.

We had a wonderful late-night meal here with my wife and daughter. Our little one adores the fettuccine Alfredo, while my wife and I really enjoy the soup and salad. Although our hostess wasn't overly polite, we managed to make it work, and she did accommodate our request for a booth. Our waitress, on the other hand, was extremely attentive and clearly knew what she was doing. She took our orders efficiently, and before we knew it, our food was already at the table.

Rainy day, so we ordered togo Soup and Salad!!!! Olive Garden's soup and salad combo served with bread sticks is hands down a delicious winning combo. Especially on a chilly rainy day. There's plenty in one order for two servings, so its a great value at $10.95!!!! The salad is fresh and crisp with black olives, tomatoes, red oinions and pepperocini peppers. The dressing is Olive Gardens own label. This is really a hearty lil Meal!!! The pull up and pick up option is extremely convenient!!! Stop by Olive Garden at Matteson , you'll be glad you did!!!! Great Service!!!

My wife and I came here today for brunch we were tired of the same old carry out and actually wanted to sit down somewhere someplace and have a decent meal. The Olive Garden accommodated us and did just that. I ordered the build-your-own pasta so I had spaghetti, meatballs with marinara and it came with the salad on the side. Ny wife ordered the chicken tortellini and we both had Sangrias green apple and I watermelon both good drinks. Our waitress was Rose and she was outstanding. Plenty of parking right off of Lincoln highway.
