The staff member assigned to our table showed little to no concern for my daughter, even when she requested an extra cup, which was never brought to us. Since I wasn't in the mood to eat, only my wife and daughter were dining. However, I was still charged for two adult meals and one child's meal—essentially being billed for not eating! This is no joke; we've never experienced anything like it before. The food was nothing like what was portrayed on the website. From what I gathered, Mr. Tokyo Japanese Restaurant does not respect families.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The food was good, and the service was average. I plan to return. Rating for the food: 4/5.

The food was reasonable for a buffet, and the price is fair if you eat enough! Mochi ice cream is worth a try (I had the strawberry) as the texture is quite nice.If you're looking for quality over quantity, be selective with your roll selection or check out other local spots as well.

Love it! The waiter was so so great, smiling, joked with us, and had our food ready for us. The food is always good, we usually go to the Benfield one, but that always so busy we always have to be texted when our table is ready, which could be an hour or more. Here, we walked right in had a table. We will definitely come back here again.
