The Pig Bbq Catering - Mauldin

I discovered this wonderful eatery about five years ago, and it is one of my favorite places to eat lunch or take out for dinner. The meat is very good, but the sides are incredible! Best potato salad, slaw and banana pudding you will find anywhere! I never get too many other sides as I stick with what I love! Baked beans are okay, but not like mine. My only wish is that they would have half-chicken's for meals. And, the people there are very friendly there, especially Tony!

Food was absolutely delicious.... it was a hit, family from out town could not stop talking about how delicious the pork and bbq chicken tasted and couldn't believe we had not told them about this wonderful place before

The meat was great. Sauces were decent. The sides, absolute trash. Mac and cheese was literally craft Mac and cheese. How is that a premium side? It?s 99 cents. it was $3 extra, like it wasn?t an included side. I got a whole pint of it and threw it away. The potato salad was so dry it rivaled pop eyes biscuits.

The ribs was the worst I?ve ever had. No flavor drenched in Mediocre sauce. Potato salad was damn good! So were the beans. I give 5 stars to the sides 0 for the ribs.

Awesome! Small BBQ place in Mauldin. The Pulled Pork Sandwich sides were delicious! Highly recommended by one of my colleagues, highly recommended by me now too. Will come back definitely.
