Excellent discovery. There is a real cook in this restaurant that practices sincere cuisine with fresh local products. Lamb ris are perfect. The axoa in the dish of the day, cut meat very tender, makes forget all the mediocre imitations that bloom in the restaurants of the coast. The caramel Flan House is also perfect. And as a bonus the welcome is very pleasant!

We are gathered in this restaurant, and we really regret our choice. After booking, we were received with great professionalism, the meal was succulent, the chef is worthy of a starred chef, the entrecôte melts in the mouth, the ris lamb is magical, the truitelles cooked with wonders as well as the gambas. I highly recommend you to discover this restaurant.

A great time. Authentic and unbelievable family restaurant, both for the quality of products and the cuisine and the kindness of the guests. We feel like we're home. I liked the map, simple and with very good local products and it's hearty, warm welcome, location in the old town of Mauléon, in an old house with character, look at the swallows turn on the square and above my head. I tasted grilled ham truitelles and lamb ris with homemade fries and grilled vegetables. I recommend 300%!
