They were out of a few items, but I understood that it was late, and it’s difficult for a food truck to keep everything stocked. Fortunately, the friendly woman at the counter helped me find a suitable replacement for my original choice. The chicken quesadillas with hot sauce were fantastic, and they even offered me a complimentary drink as a gesture for the inconvenience.
