Wendy's - Maumelle

Ordered a triple meat pretzel bun burger with bacon... Ended driving home to find only two patties. Drove back, they made a new sandwich and this time forgot the bacon... Do better

Man, this place is really gone downhill. I don’t even eat here no more because the food is never fresh and almost not edible. The buns are hard every single time I go here it’s sad. I just can’t go here no more.

Edit: I’m changing this review from a two star to a one star. It feels rare for this Wendy’s to get my location correct. I had a mobile order, they tried to charge me and after correcting them they STILL gave me someone else’s order. This Wendy’s isn’t terrible. But they often mess my order up. It’s rare for me to come through and get what I ordered.

This place has changed!!! Last year they had rude employees that you could tell didn’t want to be there. I ate there today and last week and my service was out standing not to mention my food was mad to perfection. I had the sweetest women greet me and ask how I was doing and if I needed any extra condiments. There isn’t a Wendy’s in central Arkansas like this one. Everywhere else the food and personalities are cold.

Be prepared to go back because they forgot a major item you paid for, burgers are typically good, fries are usually cold
