The Old Bridge Backpackers - Maun

This restaurant offers a lovely and relaxed atmosphere with a scenic view of the river, where you can enjoy watching various wildlife while you eat and drink. The staff is friendly and helpful. We tried the vegan burger and fries, and they were excellent.

We ordered the vegan burger, which was nice to have served 'naked' since the buns are not vegan. It comes on a bed of simple salad with a dollop of hummus. While the burger itself is tasty, the overall dish felt a bit plain and unexciting. As for the vegan breakfast, it features heaps of cinnamon and fruit but only includes a few slices of apple and not enough cinnamon to really taste it. They serve it with honey, but sugar is available as an alternative.
