12:30pm on a Tuesday and I'm the only one in line. Katsubi has become so overpriced hence no queue. The salad was fresh but my chicken was luke warm and chewy. Back when it wasn't so expensive and the turnover was quick it was enjoyable. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I bought a mini with rice topped up with a large serving of spicy chicken. However Whilst eating it there was rind’s of pork in it and I quickly realised they had deep fried chicken and pork together. Shocking and disgusting. These guys needs to be held accountable of this hideous stuff they deliberately do to their customers. Please do not buy from these Asians who do this especially this guy’s at Katsubi.

We witnessed a scene customer who was so arrogant and yelling at one of the staff about the food he got and when a lady staff talked to said customer she easily calmed him down and the customer repeatedly apologized. I admire how professional that lady-staff named Olive was. Two thumbs up to all the KASUBI Sylvia Park staff who are so friendly and professional.
