We absolutely love the broths from the 2 noodle dishes we ordered chicken beef beef brisket.<br/ <br/ I really like my soup (chicken beef and how it tasted so homely. Usually soups from eateries are full of msg that leave me thirsty but this one doesn't! The sweet and savory balance was on point. To be honest, I think their broth is better than the wonton soup I had at blossom court down the street. However, the beef slices were abit too chewy for my liking so this is probably the downside of this dish.<br/ <br/ My husband love his beef brisket too! He said that the broth is packed with flavour and the beef was very tender.<br/ <br/ Flavoursome lunch generous portions good service supporting family run eatery reasonable price definitely going back again highly recommended! :
Was our first visit here and definitely not the last. A very clean little restaurant. We ordered Satay burgers (highly recommended) cha kueh tiaw and Panang Chicken curry. The Panang curry was more gravy than meat. Was like eating a very thick soup full of flour. The ambience was nice so we will return and try other dishes.
Great service from a friendly face. Nice to have some Dunedin favourites up here in Auckland. Classic beef satay and burger always goes down a treat.
Nice and clean place, friendly owner. I tried cambodian fried noodle, chicken satay and pad thai, all taste nice with their own style. The cambodian noodle will have best taste when I add the chilli sauce, chicken satay nice with the pickle, pad thai would be best with chilli powder and soy sauce that enhance the taste.
