Caffe Primo - MAWSON LAKES

Definitely not a great experience here. Ordered a chicken salad and the lettuce was old and limp, avocado was brown and the entire salad was doused with some sort of dressing that didn't taste great. Garlic bread was rock hard, definitely will not be returning

Attended the restaurant after recommendations, front counter staff were friendly, after that the experience went down hill, one of our friends received her pizza well before the rest of the ordered meals, when we received our meals they were cold and unappetising, one was sent back and another reheated, the rest of us did not eat the cold chips. We complained to one of the front staff and she was apologetic for the kitchens poor quality and performance. The floor had food scraps and rubbish left from other diners and was only cleaned at the end of the night, squashed chips on the floor do create a slip hazard

Terrible service, poor hygiene. Didn't get my order. Manager wasn't responsive to our concern when we asked where our food was. Brought meals which weren't even ours. Wouldn't return.

Visited last Saturday when it was 30 degrees and it was so hot in there I was very uncomfortable! The air conditioning was apparently on but if thats true then maybe get it looked at because the staff even looked sweaty and uncomfortable!

Caffé Primo Mawson Lake - Excellent Food & Sevice, that too at reasonable prices, I think new management is doing great,  'll recommend CPML to all my friends
