Laredo Taco Company - Maxwell

Not a good taco place. Slow, dry food, incompetent staff. You'll have to wait 20 minutes for the lady to serve the person in front of you.

Our family's go to breakfast place. The lady's can be crabby at times, but the food is great!

I visited today, August 27, 2021, at 9:30 AM, hoping to buy some tacos. The manager, who appeared to be about 18 years old, told me, “Sorry, we’re not serving breakfast right now.” I pointed out that it was only 9:30 AM. He explained that they didn’t have enough eggs to get through the week, so they weren’t making breakfast. This is a prime example of what happens when inexperienced young people manage a business—you end up losing customers, Laredo!

Overall, I think this Laredo Taco Company is great, but my recent visits haven't been too impressive. I've experienced a couple of issues, like receiving the wrong taco on two occasions. Additionally, the potatoes in the potatoes and eggs weren't fully cooked, and I've found shells mixed in with my eggs. I'm hopeful that someone will take note of these concerns and work to improve the situation.

Laredo Taco is my favorite spot for a quick breakfast. I've visited various locations, but unfortunately, this one needs to improve its service and staff politeness. The salad bar was lacking, and some of the salsas were already in poor condition. 6/28/2023, 8:48 AM.
