Arby's - Mayfield

First off, the food here is great. There's no taking that away from them.However, I'm very certain that they're policy requires a minimum 10 minute wait time before serving food to folks. I mean you can plan your next year's birthday there, order your food and by the time it gets to you, be five minutes late for the party.The folks are nice enough, but the some of the booths are more like a teeter totter or a boat ride than a seat.Don't try to get lunch there on the weekdays trade workers, you'll be late back to the job site every time.

Yelling going on and drive thru computer went down had to go in to order !! Then they just looked at me til i spoke up and said can u order inside and then was like o im sorry can i help u !!! Then said my food was ready !!! So if u know fast food u better check before u leave and guess what !? Missing 2 orders of nuggets !!! Maam im missing nuggets !!! How many u asked rude as hell !!! 2 please !!! Then she said they have 2 mins left !!! Well dang !! Be on your toes !!! But the food was good as always !!! Aw ya the manger come out yelling thats all the meat u have for an hour and half so let everyone know !!! Just like that LOUD !!!

Bacon and swiss chicken and jalapeño poppers...The food was good.I chose to dine in and the tables were dirty. The drink station was a mess. The actual drink machine leaked and the spigots popped off.

I really hate to give bad reviews but this place is truly bad in regards to several aspects. I couldn't tell you how many times I have ordered classic roast beef sandwiches and be told they don't have the arbys sauce. It's not occasional, it's often. The place is also slower than molasses. I dreaded going there and finally quit altogether. Mayfield fast food joints are low on the totem pole. About the only one worth 5 stars is Hardees.

I did a mobile order. I was 5 minutes to early for them to start making my order, even though I had the order receipt on my phone. The order taker said they were out of roast beef for 20 minutes, but had no problem handing out plenty other orders. I had to get out of line and then back in. by the time I got to the window it was 15 minutes past when I was supposed to pick up my order. Made me over 15 minutes later from break.
