Great for quick trip with kids of all ages. They really go overboard for birthday parties

Laughable bad. Told the staff at the desk about two game malfunctions (no balls in skeeball and a Minecraft game that I noticed was grabbing two to three charges every time my daughter swiped her token card) she shrugged her shoulders and walked on. Ticket prize counter staff clearly annoyed with a 6 year old who needed 4 or 5 minutes to make up her mind. There wasn't anyone even waiting. Finally, the games that make up the bulk of the arcade aren't games anymore. They have far more in common with cheap casino games than they do the arcade game of 10-20 years ago.

Food is sad and expensive. The kids had an okay time, no one was talking much about it afterwards or asked to go again. Just something to do on a bad weather day

I recently hosted my child 's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and I couldn 't have been happier with the customer service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. They were attentive to our needs, accommodating special requests, and making sure all the kids had a blast. It truly made for a memorable and stress-free experience.

Worst for service. Attendants are too lazy, specifically at cash counters..
