Just know that if you're handicapped on your right side, it's a little more difficult going to the bathroom... if you're a woman.
Me and my husband went to go get some food after shopping for our baby. We walk in and we were the only ones in there. It took 10 min for them to get our order. They were too busy talking to each other. It took us 20 min two get our two subs. We got a meatball sub and a spicy Cajun chicken sub. The guy took our money with gloves on then counted to use the same gloves to make our sub. I always look at my food when it’s done. I opened my food and the only thing that I had on it besides the chicken was lettuce and mayo. Nothing about it was spicy. My husband bit into his and it was ice cold. He went in and told the employees about it and they told him Wel it’s frozen when we make it. Not only were they rude and not paying attention to cousmers. Our food was messed up. Over all I would never come back again
This is the worst Firehouse location I have ever dealt with, the employees do not make you feel welcomed, and the lady Patty working the register treated me and my guest as if we did not belong. The sandwiches tasted old, the employees were coughing and sneezing over the food without covering their mouths, and the sandwich work stations were nasty and unorganized. I was considering using this place for a company party but after this horrible experience I will never recommend this place.
My daughter and I purchased 2 medium subs. I asked for the pickles to be placed seperate and not in the boxes with the sandwiches and for the bread not to be toasted. The girl was so busy flirting and having a personal conversation that she was about to toast the bread until I stopped her. Once, we drove 20 to 25 minutes toboir home we noticed she had placed the pickles inside the boxes directly on the sandwiches. My daughter eats pickles and it was okay foe her but for me the smell and taste makes me sick so I had to emove that part of my bread. Once, we started wating the sandwiches we noticed they weren 't made right the meat and toppibgs weren 't evey placed on the bread and each sandwich was dry. She had forgotten to add the mayo and mustard to my sandwich and my dqughter jerk sandwich had no sauce or seasoning. We immediately review. After, speaking with the manager and telling him this he apologized and said for the inconvenience he would have 2 combos chips and drinks waiting for us on credit at the Mayfield store. We decided to go there last week and the manager 's sister Patti had a really nasty attitude she said we would have to pay for the subs again but that manager saaid the chips and drinks would be free. Make it make sense We never asked for chips and drinks we complained about how horrible the experienxe and the sandwiches tasted and were made so why would we have to pay for the 2 subs again. Do you know she continued to argue with me in front of customers poor customer service. What she didn 't realize was that my daughter works for Ajuha sports medicine for the Cleveland Browns doctors and she was there to place a catering order for her departments New Years Eve party becUse she thought the manager was nice for apologizing and replacing the sandwiches. But, when all this happened we walked out went to Dibella 's to place the catering order and we told them what happened at firehouse and they gave both me and my daughter free lunch. So don 't waste your time with this place they have horrible customer service, they don 't care about the customer experience or fixing there mistakes. You have lots of sub places in the area.
This was my first time here as I don't come to Mayfield often. I got their Philly Cheese Steak, chicken and dumplings soup and chips. The pickle was the best item. It was crunchy, not heavily brined and cold. The meat was chewy and saturated the bread. It was too soggy to eat. I had to peel off the bottom part. The soup was seasoned well, but they gave me mostly broth. There was only a literal spoonful of dumplings, chicken and veggies. Disappointed in the food but the service and atmosphere were wonderful.
