Fried Rice Hibachi 2 Go

I’ve been going to this place since it opened years and years ago and even though it’s been through different owners, this still remained me and my sons favorite hibachi takeout restaurant. And we ordered from here often. Until one day sadly I found this tiny piece of wire looking material wrapped around one of the shrimp when I was making my sons plate : I didn’t really want to go on here but being that I called more than once to discuss this with the manager and was given the run around I was left no choice. I was even told to leave my number and I would get a call back and never did : so I guess this is a sign to save my money and cook at home. Which is a better option anyways with inflation.

I got a shrimp teriyaki bowl with fried rice instead of the steamed rice it comes with. Very tasty. Rice and shrimp flavorful but complimented each other very well. Yum yum sauce was delicious on top. Perfect portions. Not too much, not too little. I finished it all and felt satiated. Great customer service. The woman checking me out was so kind, polite, and patient. Pleasant experience. Great takeout meal for a chill night. Egg rolls were a no for me though. I don’t like the wrap they use, it’s the cardboard kind and the insides were extremely soggy. They’re kinda small but you get two for $3 so it’s a good deal. Oh and the duck sauce is sooo good! Like really good. They should bottle that. Would definitely try this place again!

I eat here often. The chicken hibachi is great and the spring rolls are fantastic.

The food was on point. Me and my coworkers really enjoyed it. The portions was decent for the cost and the cashier was so nice and greets you with a smile. It’s had to find good customer service these days.

I just got take out that I ordered online and found out they charged me sales tax on top of a 2$ convenience fee. So who’s getting that money they charged for tax when it’s not the state of Ohio?!
