Starbucks - Mayfield Heights

Every Starbucks I've ever been to, the cashier will just get you a drip coffee. Not this one.

This location is beautiful. Although it is close to me I find myself choosing it the least, because there is a speed issue. They have two drive thru lanes, but I never see both in operation. The wait in that drive thru is something you have to plan for. I've gone inside having used the order ahead app as well and faced the same long wait times. It's a shame, because it's such a good Starbucks in all other areas. Every so often I give it another shot, like today. Same results...

This is a very busy store so I'll usually order on the app. Both times I've been there, I've tried to do a mobile order and both times it says it's unavailable! Now, it's not like I've only tried once. I'm refreshing every few min until I actually get there. Then have to wait forever to get thru drive thru.

The drinks are fine. It's a Starbucks so they're pretty consistent, but the music is unbelievably loud. I mean really loud. I don't know how anyone can concentrate or do work either inside or outside. I should note the employees here are lovely.

Slow slow SLOW. I’m skipping this location in the morning because sitting in line for 15+ minutes is RIDICULOUS. Also, why have TWO lanes if you’re never going to use them? Worst Starbucks I’ve been to tbh.
