Dairy Queen Grill Chill

If i could rate 0 stars i would, I used to LOVE this place, i went tonight and got my strawberry shake as usual and it didn’t taste right so i went back to see if they could remake it and they threw a HISSY fit over me asking that and it still didn’t taste right. I worked in fast food i go there often that milkshake shouldn’t have tasted expired and the employee that popped off should really consider his actions because i was nice about it. I want a refund but im too pissed to go back. Not satisfied and the way they acted will make me not go back!

This Dairy Queen is a award-winning restaurant with the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had at a DQ. Cute girls with a pretty smile and great food. And a clean atmosphere.

First and foremost the supposed to be “manager” Amy, has a nasty attitude! She called my daughter a liar over a biscuit instead of just replacing the biscuit for her! We spent nearly 45 dollars on biscuits and you have that kind of attitude with a customer and a child at that? What is customer service coming to? Then when I asked to speak to her manager she told me he wouldn’t be in until February 1 and it’s just January 12, 2024! Never will I spend my money here again!

DAIRY QUEEN HAS TREATED ME LIKE ROYALTY. I was carrried to the table... Seated where I don't belong. The customers were phenomenal, and they were very clean and classy. I ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger, but they knew what I really wanted, and they gave me a Big Mac. Now I don't see my brokenness anymore. When I'm seated at the table of the Dairy Queen. The guy also gave me FREE BBQ sauce! Can you believe that? ! Finally, the guy gave me a free meal when they dropped my box on the floor. PRAISE JESUS.Edit: I wrote this when I was like 15. Please think about what you were like at 15.

Messed up both mine and a friend's order, double charged him for fries and, on top of that, his sandwich was cold in the middle.
