Feedback gevenPoorly managed, food is ok on a good day, but usually pretty bad. One of our subs had mushy chicken, it was so bad that it was basically inedible.Owner wanted us to return it in order to get a refund but we had already thrown it away. Also, returning a sandwich is very impractical for those of us who work or are on the road. I’ve worked in food service before and I’ve never seen a manager so unwilling to work with an unhappy customer. How unprofessional and petty!
