If you?re looking for an incredible experience at a steakhouse in this area, come here. The food and cocktails are outstanding!! We (4) came in at 7pm on a Saturday night and were seated immediately even though we didn?t have reservations. They weren?t able to seat us with our friend who is a waitress there so they brought us free cocktails instead. The waiter we did have, Walker, was the cherry on top of everything. He had us laughing all night long and paced our courses perfectly. We spent 3.5 hours here and didn?t feel rushed at all. Expect to spend $100 per person if you?re getting drinks, appetizers, meals and sides. Sides are big enough to share with the whole table. NOT PICTURES: sweet potato casserole so, so, so good.

My 3rd time here, very dissatisfied. I came here 1st about 2 years ago, and food was very good. So we decided to come back 2nd time to cerebrate new year, the food was not that good, but we think it might be because the amount of customer that restaurant needed to handle during new year event. So we kind of understand, and give them a chance for the 3rd time to cerebrate my son and my husband birthday. Me and my husband order steak and lobster. My steak was very good, medium well. But my husband steak was close to well done even though he asked for medium. Both of our lobster kind of over cook. My husband request the change from mash potatoes to fried. And server was kind enough to change for him. My son order chicken and fried form kid meal. His chicken was over cook, his fried was more than over cook, taste burn. You can compare the different of color on both fired. So my son was rarely eat his food. We spent over $250, we expected good quality of the food for sure. But this was way too far from my expectation.

Valentine 's day dinner meant there was a full house yet service was good except for handling of steaks as detailed below. We ordered the chilled seafood platter, which comes in 2 sizes. As an appetizer the smaller size is probably good for a table of 6 and could be a main course for 4. We had plenty to take home The creamed spinach was good as always. We also ordered the petit filet medium rare (NEVER EVER order steak at a good restaurant medium or more cooked than medium! . Ruth 's Chris serves steak on a sizzling hot dish, which means it continues to cook from when it comes out of the oven until you eat it. So if the server doesn 't put it in front of you immediately it is cooked more than the chef intended. My steak was a bit past medium rare but my wife 's was well past medium and was charred on the outside. The waiter apologized and took hers back but it meant sharing my steak with her while waiting for a new steak to be cooked for her. This was amateur level performance from Ruth 's Chris, and I expect better when spending well over 100/ person. The manager should have come over and made some accommodation and our waiter should have had the sensitivity to bring over the manager. Posting a sorry about that reply here is not adequate, Ruth 's Chris, you need to step up your game in customer relations if you want people to come back to spend this kind of on dinner

I have been to Ruth Chris at other locations but this was my first time at this one. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and was greeted. I walked over to the bar area and found my party. Henry was our server and he was great. They had what they called happy hour lol because they took off a couple dollars here and there. I started with the pomegranate martini and that was delicious. My friends ordered different dishes and they really liked their food. The next drink I ordered was the Rocks Rita and I didn 't particularly care for it so I went back to the pomegranate martini. The bill for me was about $25. Us girls had a good time and would definitely return.

The staff was very friendly The food was decent the only complaints is the lobster bisque is a bit watery! I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out rare/blue which did not send back because I don?t mind rare. They did forgot a couple sides that we ordered but got them right out! The sweet potato?s were amazing and crem brûlée was amazing
