I gave a 5-star review because of the significant transformation at Pregio Pizza. Since the name and ownership changed, this place has gone from amazing to a point where, after 5 years as a loyal and satisfied customer, I can no longer enjoy the pizza and wings here. The pizza no longer tastes the same, and while the customer service has done its best, it hasn't made up for the overall disappointment. I'm very disappointed with Pregio Pizza.

I clocked out from work and called the restaurant to place a pick-up order. The cashier told me my supreme pizza would be ready in about 15 minutes. I drove for 7 minutes, and when I arrived, my pizza was already ready! It looked freshly made, and they had condiments set aside. The pizza tasted great—nice and cheesy! Plus, I used a buy-one-get-one-free coupon, which was a fantastic deal. The customer service was excellent as well. Since I work in Vernon, it’s definitely worth the drive!

The wings at this place are so good. They have a good taste and sauce was great. We also ordered the bean pizza and it was delicious. The service was great and accurate. They didn?t take long to get our order served to us. Only issue is the parking. It?s a busy shopping strip mall and not enough parking spots. I do encourage you to order your food ahead of time.
