Subway - Maywood

I would always come to this restaurant for a fast meal, but I have never received a terrible experience from this place until now. I called, a pickup job on the phone and a woman named lydia (she would have given me a wrong name) but apparently she's the manager. she is racist and rude to me. first she gave me an appointment that said how many minutes they will come to get the order, aggressive and she also said that she would waste the food if I did not give her exact time. how incredibly unprofessional this is. then I said I will pick it up now, I am close to the restaurant, simply they have it ready when I get there, they finally agreed by saying ok so when I went to the restaurant, I said lydia my order name, she looked at me angry and hardly started making the sandwich and then she smashed with her coworkers, and said it 's the blanco that translated me to give him. I stayed pretty, paid and left. that is unacceptable behavior. racism is tolerated against no one. the superior/higher ups must really check on this location. if they do not like their job, then leave and give it to someone who is respectful and educated.

Lady that helped me didn't seem like she wanted to be there at work, I understand we want to be home on the weekends but if that's the case pick another job because that vibe feeds off to the customers. Not the type to write bad reviews on people or businesses but without them we wouldn't know if places are any good. Needs New Management and employees with a more positive attitude and not rolling eyes. Last time I step foot in here. The current reviews speak for themselves.

Don't go here they steal money from their own customers . I can't believe they do this to people especially that I have a daughter to buy things too. If I could give it no stars I would!!!

I do not recommend coming here beacause the manager is so rude they talk back and give attitude

This is my second time coming to this Subway and I must say the lady with the short hair needs to be coached or fired. Not only does she come to work high as a kite but she makes your order in such a disrespectful manner. Tossing the ingredients around, telling my associate you should have called in the order as of it was an inconvenience to her. No. We want to see you make the sandwich because the last time you made our sandwiches there were mistakes. Now I understand mistakes happen but her demeanor was unacceptable. She treated us as if we were a nuisance to her. We didn 't even do anything to be disrespectful towards her! I worked in fast-food before, I understand that there are customers out there who aren 't the nicest people but she was just nasty straight off the bat. Like bro, it 's not my fault you hate your job.
