Looney Bean Coffee Shop - Mazatlán

We have been coming to looney beans for years when we come to mazatlan. great walk to begin our day, and the best coffee around. the owner, grant, is friendly and helpful, and the staff is wonderful. we go (for this year) in a few days, and we will miss them.

Looney bean is always good. the house coffee and the big breakfast make me happy until lunch. I think looney bean has one of mazatlán's best carrot cakes actually I think it is the best) with exactly the right amount of sweet to supplement the house coffee. but, do not take my word for it wink, wink) looney bean feels like a surfer caffe for the public.

Came here in May 2018 great service and good prices. the coffee was good and the piece of carrot cake was massive (probably good for 2 4 people.) they roast their own coffee here and also sell it from the bag.

Great coffee, great atmosphere! love the logo! no hot without shoes no problem! also they have one who says coffee is for lovers! so sweet! the hottest are for a good price! I've been eating the dirty surfer, and the white chocolate or the Oo-flap!

Great place, great food, great atmosphere. Every time we are in Mazatlan, we run out to Cerritos and visit Looney Beans. The food is always wonderful and reasonably priced. I like the smoothies, made with real fruit, no added sugar so they actually taste sour (tart) and delicious. I hear the coffee is also very good (I don't drink coffee). Must go to if you are or at Cerritos.
