I then spoke with the manager, who turned out to be the general manager of the Loves. I explained that the burger shouldn't have left the serving area after it had already been prepared incorrectly. The manager insisted that her staff knew what they were doing, claiming they had thrown the burger in one of the two garbage bins nearby. However, I pointed out that the burger was not in either bin, as it was clearly visible. Eventually, they offered the customer a new burger, but when she returned to the counter, it still had remnants of the scraped-off pickles and onions. This situation is unacceptable, and I will be contacting the health department and the corporate office, as this level of service is simply not satisfactory.

The restaurant was quite disorganized, and the woman at the front desk was not very polite. However, the food was prepared quickly. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price was between $10 and $20 per person.
