The Roost Fishers - Mc Cordsville

I would give zero stars if it were a option. Me and my family sat down at a table there was garbage and spilled stuff all over my seat and the wall next to me. Me and my family proceeded to wait around 25 minutes and we were never even asked if we wanted anything to drink. If it was first watch we would have had nice food by the time we got up because the service was that bad.

First bad experience and on Father’s Day no less. Waitstaff asked my wife how many and she said 4 and the staff said okay and then ignored her. We sat down and 30 minutes later became apparent they didn’t put us on any list or anything. After realizing the mistake the waitstaff told my wife that “when there’s a table we will tell you” and then proceeded to take more people in that came after us putting us at the back of a line we had been waiting in with my two small children. A mistake is a mistake but the correct way to handle this situation with customer service in mind would have been to get us the next table that opens, not double down and put us at the back of the wait as if we just got there.

Our first visit was great! All of the breakfast items we ordered were delicious and fast! Service was great as well!

I love getting breakfast here. The specials are always intriguing.

Ordered pancakes, scrambled egg there's no taste really bland and sausage patty is vert hard and burnt. Syrup is runny and not so sweet
