I've had problems at this location on two separate occasions. During my first visit, I tried to use a coupon, but they couldn't accept it because their system was down. My second visit was yesterday, where I wanted to order a chicken teriyaki but found out it wasn't available, so I opted for a steak and cheese instead. I asked for mozzarella cheese and was surprised to see a $2.00 charge added for it, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. When I inquired about the extra charge at checkout, the employee informed me it was for fresh mozzarella and even giggled about it, which I found unprofessional. The staff's attitude was off-putting, and despite requesting my sandwich to be toasted, it was cold when I got home. To make matters worse, the cheese I received wasn’t mozzarella; it was provolone. I've never experienced such issues at other locations, so I won't be returning here. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

This was one of the worst Subway experiences I've had! I didn’t appreciate the eye roll I received when I was trying to place my order. I've never encountered a Subway that writes everything down on paper before! Food rating: 2, Service rating: 1.
