Feedback gevenOn a Sunday afternoon while watching NFL games, I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was truly fantastic—friendly and quick with service. However, the wings I ordered were small and bland (check out the picture). I went for the buffalo and chipotle BBQ flavors, but I wouldn’t recommend them! The restaurant does have a good selection of TVs for sports, but the food itself is just average and not worth the price. I ended up paying $25 before tip for a total of 15 wings and a soda.
We waited at our table for about 15 minutes without being greeted or offered a menu. The manager, dressed in a red shirt, seemed too preoccupied with chatting with some guests at another table in the corner. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the service improved significantly once we moved to the bar area. The floor manager definitely needs to work on managing the space better to ensure that all customers receive attention.
We enjoy dining at Buffalo’s. My Husband and my Boys love the wings. We usually go to the one on north 10th street. Never have Issues at that location. Last night we decided to go to the one off expressway 83 off ware road. Very bad experience. Men’s restroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels to dry your hands. Our table was dirty had to ask our waitress to clean it.. twice because she forgot to clean it when we asked her the first time. There was a guy that brought our appetizer and just slid it on the table didn’t say anything just walked away. We asked for a cup of ice and she brought it half way. My Hamburger was charbroiled on all ends of the patty. I honestly think that staff needs to be on top of providing good service to customers. We will not be going to this Buffalo’s again.
Ordered 30 boneless wings with large fries and Onion rings to PICK UP. Got 3 small boxes labeled to have 10 boneless wings each. They were ONLY 5 wings in each box! Getting a total of 15 boneless wings, half the amount of what I ordered! Also, there was half the amount of fries and onion rings in each box. We paid almost $40 for the entire order. What a disgrace!! Luckily I decided to check each item BEFORE leaving the restaurant and told the lady what had happened. She was kind and went to fix the order and apologized to us. Seriously, kitchen staff members need to do better at their job. Don 't go thinking just because we order pick-up or delivery that we won 't check it. We will. So, please, treat orders to go with the SAME quality as you treat DINE-IN customers! Very disappointed about this place.
Terrible service and disgusting environment. We were given a wait time of 10 minutes and waited 30 minutes instead. We overlooked the wait, but once we were seated we waited another 15 minutes and no one came to our table. The table was soaking wet, the entire dining room floor was covered in napkins, straw wrappers, and crumbs. No one was cleaning up. We finally left without ever being acknowledged. Would not recommend or go back.
