Unfortunate to say the guys serving have no customer service mindset.They keep you about 30 minutes waiting in the line, very unproductive way of serving and managing orders taking forever to take orders or to charge.So finally you advance to be served and they just say, “oh sorry we ran out of strawberry ice cream”. What?Very frustrating that the guys in the shop do not have the minimum sense of attention to the customer like to put a signal or just let know the customers in line that they do not have some flavors available.The ice cream there is good, but the service is the opposite.
