El Pato Mexican Food - McAllen

I waited over thirty minutes in the drive-thru. They only included two of the three toppings I ordered for my tacos, and then they accused me of being at fault.

I wasn't greeted when I arrived. I said hello, and they responded after a moment. It took about 5 minutes. I used to love coming here, but now the food seems greasier, and the wait times are incredibly long. I waited 20 minutes for two bacon and bean tacos. I've been here before and had to wait 30 minutes for the same order of two bacon and bean tacos.

I visited the restaurant about a month ago, and there was a staffing shortage. It took around 20 minutes to receive two breakfast tacos. Honestly, there wasn't anything particularly special about the food; it felt more like fast food quality.

We ordered the Flautas at this point, for the first time here bc the short lines, we didn't know that the food here is disgusting. Look at the avocado they set, rotted, the frogs were cold and hard. Where's the rice? The El Pato in the 10th Street is much better, they put more food than that. No wonder, it always has long lines bc everyone goes on one in 10th Street. I don't order anything from here. Money and time.

No more! VERY POOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. Sat in the line for ten minutes and when I got up to plac the order, the will be with you didn 't happen. After 5 mins, had enough. This was the worse of the last 3 times I tried to get a breakfast taco. Poor management and very bad workers. This place should be closed.
