Espi T's Mexican - McAllen

This is a beautiful and clean restaurant with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. All of their food is made to order, and the staff is incredibly friendly during the wait times. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself—you won't be disappointed!

We absolutely love this place! We visit for breakfast and lunch about two to three times a week. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making sure we enjoy our meals.

The coffee, breakfast, and Mexican dishes are absolutely delicious. It's a lovely place for gathering with friends and family. The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. I really love their caldos!

First visit. the place was recommended by a friend. they have a good breakfast. the waitress was quick and attentive. homemade style salsas had great taste. a small restaurant in the house. I'll go back to try her lunch.

The food is almost always exceptional, but the service is equally lacking. We come here often because the food is almost always on point, and you get free nacho cheese, salsa, chips. We go in knowing we are very likely to have poor service. This time, it took over 5 minutes for us to be greeted. We placed our drink order with our meal order since we already had figured out we wanted specials. We watched as other tables arrived and got their drink orders for over 10 minutes. As I got up to cancel our order so we could just leave, our food was coming out. I reminded the server that we never got our drinks. Refills were beyond slow. I went half my meal without a refill. After this visit we decided we will probably not return because service is rarely good here.
