Mama's Pizzeria - McAllen

Average but overpriced pizzas. Staff who took the pickup order were not nice. I ordered coke over the phone, and on reaching there, they were out of it. It was switched to Diet coke without even an apology. Wont be going back

Me and my boyfriend had an anniversary dinner and the waitress was so accommodating and sweet with us, including bring paper plates and knives to cut the cake, and a lighter for the candle. She even offered to take a photo for us. I felt so bad because we didn’t realize the restaurant had closed but everybody was patient and gracious. Amazing food, amazing staff!!

The pizza is great, the pasta is good, service is a bit slow

Food was delicious, and pizza rigatoni were full of flavor. The atmosphere was great but service was not that great. Our waitress only came twice to our table. One was when she took our order. The second time was when she brought the bill.
