The view was fantastic, even though it was slightly smoky. Our waitress, Alexis, was extremely friendly and attentive.

The ambiance is stunning, and although the menu offers a limited selection, everything we tried was delicious.

I was disappointed that your usual specials weren't available. However, the food on the regular menu was quite satisfying.

It started with trouble making reservations.Open table not responsive and wouldn’t let me update reservation and no one would return my phone calls at the restaurant.Short staffed created poor service even tho the servers tried their best.Prime rib was cold . We were told we may have to wait even tho we had reservations but they found a table facing the bright sun and seated us on time . Per our request they moved an unused umbrella to shade us some and made the bright sun tolerable.The very nice shift manager came out per our request and listened to our complaints and said they will try to improve .They gave us a 10% discount on our meal.If they are going to charge $31+ for their prime rib they need to improve so hope they do.Again,the servers were working as fast as they could and doing their best.If they don’t have the staff,don’t over book!

First time at Jug Mountain. What a view! Great service and a wonderful jazz quintet, which we really enjoyed. Food plentiful and the wine was good. We will definitely be back!
