They never have what I want.... Product keeps getting worse Everytime I go

THE BEST THING ABOUT THE MCCANDLESS CROSSING PANERA IS PATRICK THE SERVICE AND FOOD ARE AT THEIR BEST WHEN HE IS INVOLVED ALWAYS A PLEASANT GREETING AND FOLLOW UP, TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PREPARED AS YOU LIKE IT VERY RARE IN TODAYS WORLD

People here are ignorant and rude at 7 AM. Really??!!! This is what gives people from this area a bad stigma. You get a paid by keeping customers coming back and spending money in a normal, pleasant environment. Acting like an ignorant big mouth Yinzer doesnt work. Some things never change in Pitts... sad.. First Watch is right across the parking lot. Much better atmosphere/people.

Pretty good sandwiches but I feel they need to have a little more meat in them when they make them. The hot Italian was not bad. The mac and cheese was not at all worth $7 and it didn't even taste good seeing was not real cheese flavor

No carbonated drinks. Hot water was cold. Empty honey container displayed for tea. Tables were dirty. Cookie was hard. Sandwich was fine. Kiosk was ok.
