Applebee's Grill - McComb

Service is mostly very good at this location and the food as well. We enjoy our regular visits to this location.

Food tasted great. Excellent service. 4 stars because the steak wasn't cooked the way ordered. Either way, it was good.

I want to brag on our server Tamerio at McComb, MS restaurant. Very attentive! He took care of us in a timely manner. We never had to flag him down to ask for a refill! Not to mention I observed his behavior towards the surroundings tables. He kept them satisfied as well!! Nice respectful young man! Keep up the good work. Management should be proud! But hey I've never had a bad experience at the McComb restaurant!

I've lived here for 6 months now I feel like I have eaten at every restaurant in town. Up until today I have been so disappointed in the service food along with the price of subpar restaurants. Today I gave Applebee's a shot I have nothing but positive feedback. From being surprised that the door was open as I walked up, to asking for a booth seat being a single person. Dominique was my waitress she hit it out the park! She was very attentive, did not rush me to order brought what I asked for. The food was the best I've eaten in this town. Had the ribs, loaded mashed potatoes coleslaw. Other restaurant could learn from her as far as what service is! Thank you for a very enjoyable dining experience, I will be returning again.

Daughter invited our family out with grandchild who told us Applebee's was her favorite place to go. Must say I have frequented several different branches over last 30 years or so, and have commented before that I never had a bad experience at an Applebee's, until this evening. Service extremely slow and not attentive at all. When food arrived, daughters order was not included, and we were told it would be out in five or ten minutes. (She ordered same thing my wife and I ordered, but ours was delivered) Food was not bad with exception of other daughters steak was over cooked, and she said her broccoli was cold and not seasoned at all. Daughter's meal finally came out as the rest of us finished up. She only got in on appetizers. Manager had come out and asked about our meal. We told him our waitress had not been very pleasant, and we still didn't have all our orders, or our drink refills we had been waiting on for a lengthy while. Daughter ended up taking her meal home in a go box. There's more I could tell but I think you get the idea. Needless to say I can no longer state I've never had a bad experience at an Applebee's, and I'm pretty sure it's no longer the grandchild's favorite place.
