Stopped at this location on our way to Louisiana and it was a mistake. The service was poor. My sandwich bread was as hard as a rock. The meat and fries both tasted as if they had been made 30 mins before. The guy in the window kept saying “n *” to his coworker with the window open which is unprofessional. To finish it, he didn’t put my ketchup in the bag like I asked. So we sat at the window for a few minutes, even blew the horn but no one came back to the window. We had to go BACK THROUGH the drive through as if to put in an order for the ketchup. This location needs help because that was not it.
I didn't eat at this restaurant. I can't believe they ran out of salad because of COVID. But the hamburger had pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and they treated it all like salad? That doesn't make sense!
I arrived at the restaurant at 2:30 a.m. and found a few employees working. I had to wait 10 minutes for my sausage McMuffin, which unfortunately had a raw English muffin. Despite being the only customer, the service was not as efficient as expected.
I ordered a soda that was listed as $1, but I was charged $2.19. Despite pointing out the discrepancy and showing the price on the board, the cashier told me it hadn't been updated yet and was quite rude about it. In a rush, I decided to pay and leave, but I couldn't shake the feeling of being deceived.
